Our Corporate office is located in Burbank California and to further serve our clients we now have offices in San Diego, Fremont and Sacramento. We attribute our success to the highest level of customer service and striving to be not only the best Division 10 contractor, but the best sub-contractor in the construction industry.
Our Founder
Richard Stumbaugh
Founded in 1965 by Richard "Dick" Stumbaugh in a small office in Alhambra California with the belief that no job was too small and to treat every customer with respect has set the groundwork to build an organization that has survived recessions and pandemics and furnished over $ 600,000,000 in bathroom partitions and accessories. In 1995 Dick sold the business to his son and son-in-law to continue the tradition.

With over 40 years' experience each Jeff and Mark have taken the Company to the next level. Our Corporate office is located in Burbank California and we have expanded offices in San Diego, Fremont and Sacramento to provide exceptional service throughout California. With the foundation that Dick started, and the knowledge and drive of the next generation we have a proven success that has provided the livelihood to over 100 families and annual revenues in excess of $35,000,000. Our key management team is building on the family’s foundation and committed to continued growth and genuine employee and customer satisfaction.
